The hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with easy access ramps and handrails throughout the building. It made me feel safe and confident during my stay.

I would have preferred if the oven had been properly cleaned before my arrival. It's important to have a clean and hygienic kitchen, especially for senior people.
